Field Services Team Member (Preservation)
The Field Services Team Member is responsible for completing bank-ordered property inspections. These inspections may be for properties that are occupied, vacant, and/or pre-foreclosure. This position works closely with the Inspections Department, which will assign inspections in the valley.
Essential Duties:
Lawn Maintenance
Lock Changes
Winterizations
Debris Removal
Construction Repairs
Light Cleaning
Requirements:
Must have a valid Arizona Driver License
Tools the company will provide:
A fueled company vehicle with GPS
All tools equipment required to complete work orders
Smartphone with internet
Mobile software application needed to complete inspections
Compensation and
Benefits:
$9.00- $11.00/ hour
Medical, Dental, Vision. Life, and Long-term Disability insurance is offered to all eligible, full-time employees after 60 days.
