Under general direction from the Executive Director for the Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OPIE), the OPIE Operations Manager has a broad range of duties associated with the proper operation and effective and efficient functioning of the OPIE department.
This position plans, coordinates, and performs operations and fiscal activities for the department and projects that impact the full college community. Oversees the daily operations of OPIE. Assists management of large planning processes, including Master Planning. Serves as the primary contact for both internal and external constituents college-wide processes operating from the OPIE office. This position is responsible for researching, planning, prioritizing, implementing, and following-up on multiple OPIE special projects and OPIE initiatives and communications.
This is a benefits eligible position.
