Job Description/
Qualifications:
We need an excellent communicator (both verbal & written) who thrives on problems solving and working in a team environment. Ideally, you would have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural preferred) or equivalent work experience. We also require:
3 years designing of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems
Proficient using information systems & processes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Pro/E or similar 3D modeling package
Experience working directly with end customers
Project management skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%-30% both locally and international
A strong candidate will have:
Background/higher level of understanding in development processes
Background in construction & off highway equipment
An understanding of international standards
Experience with taking a project from concept to serial production
Participation on international teams
Proficient use of ProE or other modeling tools
System simulation tools experience
All Candidates must have the ability to understand and comply with onsite safety standards. Candidates must also be reliable and accountable as a direct representation of Select Staffing.
