Job Description/
Qualifications:
Performing welding inspections to include; dimensional inspection for machined and burned parts; Lay-out, Fitting and pre/post welding inspections; Wholesale supply inspection and inventory; Root cause analysis of variances; assist in advances of corrective action and policies to prevent repeat or further discrepancies; inspect function test of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Two year college degree or technical school degree, or one year related experience; or equivalent combination
Familiar with inspection criteria, welding process, mechanical assembly hydraulic and electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to stay calm when addressing discrepancies
Ability to write and edit reports, correspondences and notations while applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Practical trouble shooting/ problem solving and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situation where limited standardization exist
Good interpersonal skills while upholding professional conduct/appearance
Must have an updated resume available

Certified Welding Inspector -desired but not required
Ability to lift or move 75 to 100 pounds
