Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
Automotive Experience Required.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner - Maintain reception area clean and organized - Assist with filing and other administrative tasks - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to computerize information efficiently - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred - Typing speed and accuracy are essential - Great attitude with high-energy personality - Professional appearance and work ethic This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where your skills will be valued.
