Job Description:
Provide exceptional dental care to patients.
Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standards of patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Main procedure's consist of fills, crowns, dentures and partials, and with a new addition of an all tissue laser we are looking to start doing more soft tissue procedures.
Schedule will be 9-4 with a 30-minute lunch Monday through Friday.
We will be limiting our Medicaid patients and aim to construct our schedule in a way that pays adequately without being bombarded with excess patients a day allowing each patient to get the care they deserve.
Compensation:
For the initial two months, compensation will be a fixed rate of $750 per day.
This period allows for the establishment of a robust patient schedule.
After the initial period, compensation will transition to a production-based model, with the dentist receiving 33% of production including DA generated income.
