Dishwasher/Delivery Driver Reports to:
Restaurant Manager Summary of Position:
Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
Clean dining room floor and bathrooms as needed.
Deliver food orders in a safe and timely manner.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Load, run and unload dish machine.
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
Keep dish room clean and organized.
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
Bag and haul restaurant trash to dumpster at designed times.
Handle tableware, beer glasses, and wine glasses carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms.
Keep bathrooms clean and stocked at all times.
Leave work area clean and free of debris at the end of each shift.
Deliver food orders to customers in the surrounding area as needed, using personal vehicle.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, as directed by the manager or supervisor.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
