Multi-Family Construction GC/Development Group currently seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
o drafting of client proposalso contract administration and managemento work with pre-construction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and scheduleo provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on timeo perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projectsRequired Skills/Qualifications Include:
o BS in a Construction related field preferred.
