Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality print and embroidery materials to our clients, and we are looking for a talented Account Representative to join our team of employee-owners.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers in selecting the appropriate garments, ink, and/or thread for their needs.
You will also serve customers as a project manager ensuring their job is planned appropriately and executed successfully to exceed the customer's needs.
You will handle customer transactions, maintain accurate sales records, and undergo extensive product and sales training to become a technical expert in all the products we offer.
