Albuquerque, NM Albuquerque, NM Full-time Full-time $75,000 - $80,000 a year $75,000 - $80,000 a year National Real Estate company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of their team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions, supervise onsite staff and vendors, and oversee annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Oversee CapEx projects and Tenant improvements Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Manage tenant rent collections, CAM reconciliations & estimates, billbacks and expenses Supervise and train property staff Enforce laws, guidelines and best practices of property management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, or related field - required 3- 5 years of related commercial real estate experience - required Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong supervisory and leaderships skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate Yardi software - a plus Job Type:
