2K a year 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Job description EML, LLC is seeking an experienced part time administrative candidate for the position of Production Control Clerk at our contract site in Albuquerque, NM.
SUMMARY Provides clerical and administrative support on the project site.
Interacts with customers, subcontractors, and other project elements to ensure timely receipt and/or response to issues, concerns, and overall customer satisfaction.
Reports to the Project Manager BENEFITS EML Offers; Time Off 10 paid federal holidays DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all clerical duties required; Write routine reports and correspondence; Provide reports, information and other correspondence to corporate; Receive requests for service from staff, customers, inspectors and other Government personnel; Enter requests for service and otherwise maintain the integrity of the data in the CMMS system (MAXIMO); Dispatch maintenance staff to answer requests for service; Closeout work orders and other maintenance actions in the CMMS and elsewhere as required; Assist Project Management with reporting requirements; Manage approved vendor lists and collect vendor performance data; Review requisition orders and issue purchase orders; Receive vendor product, verify delivery and coordinate disbursement to staff; Provide purchasing data to corporate accounting staff; Assist with new hire processing; Plan and manage multiple tasks/projects; Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, company policy and procedures, software instruction and procedure manuals; and Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum Education required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience required:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in office clerical support and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and database operations.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A GOVERNMENT CLERICAL POSITION REQUIRED.
Experience with Maximo preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
