9 Full-time 21 hours ago Full Job Description Direct Source Meats is now hiring for a DSM Night Sanitation in our meat room at the Albuquerque location.
Direct Source Meats offers stability with long term, full-time employment.
Direct Source Meats offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers.
Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets.
DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.
The DSM Night Sanitation is responsible for handling sanitation inside the production facility.
Duties include dry pickup, mixing chemicals, rinsing and scrubbing equipment.
Must be ok with wet and cold conditions.
The schedule is Monday-Friday from 5:
00 pm to 1:
00 am or until finished.
