Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group is currently seeking a Part-Time Operations Compliance Analyst.
This position is responsible for supporting Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group's (HCLG) federal, state, and local compliance and ensuring internal company standards for all states/locations HCLG conducts business.
This position also focuses on project management with Operations initiatives, while upholding HCLG philosophy and mission of integrity, stability, and ethical behavior in all actions and dealings with residents, employees, family members, vendors, and communities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Risk management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing/interpreting government healthcare regulations, equivalent to supporting corporate or frontline.
Minimum 2 years professional process/project management/implementation experience from beginning to end.
Effective verbal and written communication with staff, vendors, auditors, and regulatory agencies High degree of proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for analysis of data, tracking and execution of related regulatory requirements, and producing usable/understandable reports Knowledge of internal auditing standards/practices, and enterprise risk management Ability to explain and operationalize moderately complex regulations, laws, policies, and operational compliance concepts Job Types:
