Candidate Profile
Responsibilities include:
Extensive knowledge of ADP or other HR database Systems. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
Coordinates outreach to attract, screen, recruit and hire professionals with technical knowledge, skills and abilities. Reviews and analyzes applicant responses to determine matching skills and qualifications. Performs screening teleconferences and video conference interviews with prospective candidates. Educates candidates on the total value proposition of the company including the company's benefits, career development opportunity and variable pay structure.
Recommends compensation packages to Management based on candidate's qualifications; negotiates offers with candidates. Checks credentials and references and schedules follow-up interviews with hiring Managers. Advises on techniques for interviewing, testing and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other local and federal employment laws.
Serves as key point of contact with Hiring Managers and applicants throughout recruiting process. Excellent verbal, written, computer and social media communication and presentation skills. Ability to cultivate and manage positive and productive business relationships.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Advises management on interviewing and hiring.
Candidate Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a relevant field and 2 or more years HR experience
Or 6 or more years HR or recruiting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHR, SPHR or CEBS certification a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence accurately. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be extremely knowledgeable of background screening, ADP Database software; Human Resource Information Systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software and Power Point presentation software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
