Program Operations Director

Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) offers an extraordinary opportunity for a Program Operations Director. This highly competitive position offers an opportunity to participate in leading edge community healthcare research that extends healthcare to rural and under served populations.
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in program planning and program management. Duties will include directing new initiatives designed to expand the delivery of clinical and administrative services of Project ECHO. The ECHO Care program, which has been developed based on funds provided by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, is designed to use teams of primary care intensivists trained to care for complex patients with multiple chronic diseases, in collaboration with local managed care organizations and care providers.
The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide program planning and management for ECHO Care.
Represent Project ECHO with internal and external partners.
Serve as main point of contact for ECHO Care.
Design work plans and work distribution to accomplish program goals.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Master's degree; at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
OR
Bachelor's degree; at least 7 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
