Responsible for assuring a professional and supportive experience to co-workers while processing member loans. Assure members receive a friendly and supportive experience during the lending process at RGCU. This can be achieved through effective, friendly communication, an organized and error-free loan process, fast and efficient service and creative resolution skills.
Demonstrate teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
Demonstrate a positive member service focus at all times. Maintain a professional and friendly manner when contacting members, co-workers and guests. Consistent usage of the members name during contact and always thanking them for their business.
Works to develop strong relationships with members to ensure continued financial partnerships.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist co-workers and members with all requests in a timely and professional manner.
Perform related follow-up tasks to assure problem resolution and member satisfaction.
Ensure completion of the quality checklist.
Prepare or set up member payroll/coupon information.
Fund GAP/MRI into GL's.
Responsible for mailing payoff checks.
Responsible for obtaining Declaration of Insurance.
Maintain file until title arrives or dealer requests check.
Assist loan officer with loan completion process and obtain documentation relevant to lending file. Ensures accuracy in responding to member requests the first time.
Perform file maintenance on accounts as related to member service activities, such as address changes, name changes and payroll deductions.
Review/audit all approved loan documents for completeness, check collateral documents for sufficiency and negotiability, verify notes of condition and obtains any documentation necessary to ensure a sound credit decision was made.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it applies to member service and loans.
Verify accuracy of loan documents, disburses loans as authorized and/or directed and performs file maintenance duties as required, including hard files and data files.
Verify approval or denial of member credit application is within RGCU loan guidelines, policies and individual approval authority occurs in a timely manner.
Maintains log of all approvals, denials and counters.
Monitors system status logs.
Ensure loan files are complete and all necessary documents are in place prior to filing.
Responsible for updating loan files and documents when subsequent information is received or the loan is paid in full.
Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union services.
Required to comply within all policies and procedures of the Credit Union.
Maintain knowledge of and have the ability to successfully handle various materials and products such as, but not limited to, consumer loan applications, title work, MRC and GAP policies, indirect loan applications, and credit life disability.
File additions, cancellations and claims regarding policies.
Handles subsequent requests from FSR regarding motor vehicles.
Review all documents and execute loan transactions in accordance with approved loan policy and procedures
Balance daily work and summarizes properly prior to submitting to the Accounting Department.
Knowledge of Credit Union security procedures; immediately notifies supervisor/manager of any irregularities.
Maintain professional appearance of work area and notifies supervisor when supplies are necessary.
Determine priorities to ensure accomplishment of tasks.
Assist in any other area as directed by Supervisor, Vice President of Sales and Service, Or President/CEO.
One year of consumer lending or related experience preferred.
Monday thru Friday with possibility of rotating Saturday

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
