Minimum Skills/Requirements
Bachelor s Degree preferred. Nationally recognized fitness industry certification/registration required. One year experience in group fitness instruction with healthy and special populations. Current CPR certification.
Experienced in senior fitness classes & Parkin preferred.
Primary Job Functions
-Instructs group fitness classes such as low impact and step aerobics, indoor cycling, Pilates, strength and conditioning, NIA and/or yoga.
-Maintains nationally recognized fitness industry certification/registration.
-Assists with the maintenance of departmental facilities, equipment, supplies and materials in a condition to promote efficiency, health, comfort and safety of patients and staff.
-Maintains professional knowledge base by professional organization membership and regular attendance at in-service programs, workshops, symposia, or university classes.
-Maintains patient records and documentation according to facility policy.
-Monitors patient responses to exercise and report to the appropriate member of the Healthplex medical or exercise team.
-Performs other functions as required.
-Maintains current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
